Our Story
Cooking has always been more than just a skill — it’s a lifelong passion for our owner. Food is at the heart of everything he does. When he opened the doors of our restaurant in Franklin back in 1995, it was more than just the start of a business - it was a tribute.
He named the restaurant Hang Tai in honor of his father, whose memory, love, and spirit continue to inspire everything we do. Hang Tai is more than a name; it’s a legacy. Every dish we serve is a reflection of that heritage and a way to share his father’s story with everyone who walks through our doors.
